DesignsbyMia is now using mail chimp to email out to customers. These details are held securely. Their data policy can be found at https://mailchimp.com Your details will not be shared with anyone and will only be seen by Mia herself.

All paper copies with personal details will be kept secure. All details held digitally will be password protected and held behind a secure firewall.

 

8. DATA RETENTION

Personal details will be held securely until an individual asks to unsubscribe or all details will be securely removed/destroyed if DesignsbyMIa ceases to trade.
